By booking travel services through Trip Zone Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
1. Our Role
Trip Zone Ltd operates as a travel agent, arranging travel services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transfer providers.
We do not own or operate these services. Your travel contract is directly with the service provider, and their rules and conditions apply.
2. Package & Non-Package Bookings
Some bookings may qualify as a package holiday under UK Package Travel Regulations. Where applicable, Trip Zone Ltd will meet its legal responsibilities.
For all other bookings, we act only as an agent and are not responsible for how the travel services are delivered.
3. Booking Responsibility
When making a booking, the lead passenger confirms that:
- All provided details are correct
They have authority to book for all travellers
All passengers meet airline and supplier requirements
They accept responsibility for all payments
Bookings are confirmed only once accepted by the supplier.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are subject to availability and confirmation
Some bookings require immediate or partial payment
Outstanding balances must be paid by the given deadline
Failure to pay may result in cancellation with full charges
Prices may change due to fare rules, taxes, or exchange rates
Trip Zone Ltd is not responsible for payments sent by unsecured methods.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All amendments and cancellations are subject to the supplier’s rules.
Please note:
Many fares are non-refundable and non-changeable
Cancellation charges may be up to 100%
Our service fees are non-refundable
Approved refunds are processed only after receipt from the supplier
Refund timelines depend on the supplier and may take time
6. Travel Disruptions
Trip Zone Ltd is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or operational decisions made by airlines or other suppliers.
7. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring:
Valid passports (usually 6 months beyond return date)
Required visas and transit documents
Compliance with immigration and health regulations
We are not liable for travel issues caused by incorrect or missing documents.
8. Health & Insurance
Travellers must ensure they are fit to travel and meet health requirements.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and unforeseen events.
9. Special Requests
Special requests (meals, seating, assistance, etc.) must be made at booking time. While we pass these requests to suppliers, they cannot be guaranteed.
10. Errors
If a pricing or booking error occurs, Trip Zone Ltd reserves the right to correct it. You will be given the option to accept the correction or cancel for a refund.
11. Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy and is shared only when necessary to complete your booking.
12. Liability
Where Trip Zone Ltd acts as an agent, we are not liable for supplier actions, force majeure events, or losses outside our control, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by English courts.
